What is
Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a not well-known, and sometimes misunderstood modality in healing, however, it can offer some of the most sustained results for so many issues that we suffer from in today’s chaotic world.
To understand how it works is very simple. Imagine that beliefs and feelings that we learn or are modeled for us early in life, get cemented into our subconscious. Some of these beliefs and feelings are useful and helpful, and support us to thrive in life.

However, many of these beliefs and feelings that get in at an early age are not useful to us. They can cause many problems such as:
1. Inaccurate views of who and how we are.
2. Self-limiting beliefs about ourselves and what we are capable of.
3. Repetitive patterns and reactions that hurt us or hurt others (or both) that we can’t seem to stop.
4. Low self-worth, low self-esteem, and a depressed view of possibilities in our lives.
5. Loneliness
6. Physical pain in the body like back, headaches, and overall fatigue/aches
There are many more examples, however in my 18+ years of experience, these are the areas that most people find themselves stuck in, and the truth is very few tools are offered that effectively help them overcome these struggles.
This causes so many people so much harm, frustration, and feelings of hopelessness. Many of us come to believe we just have to live like this, and that nothing will help.
But, that is not true, thankfully!
How Can It Help Me?
In the practice of Clinical Hypnotherapy, there are many highly potent tools at our disposal to help guide people to overcome these relentless stuck places in life that ruin our peace and joy.
These tools do this primarily and simply by uncovering and excavating what is not useful in our subconscious and replacing it with present-day positive and useful beliefs and feelings. It is like unearthing a stone in the woods, where we find bugs and worms underneath.
Once we remove that stone, the bugs and worms scatter away and what is left is space for something new. Then, together, we put what is new, fresh, vital, and invigorating for you and your life goals in the present day, in its place.
Then we cement it in with various approaches and tools. And, then we repeat this a few times until we are sure it is exactly what we want and it will produce long-term, sustained results for you.
What To Expect
The process is gentle, loving, warm, and alchemical. It’s fast-acting and you will surprised at how fast you feel a difference and feel so much better. You are seen, heard, and held in a space where you are safe and your needs can finally be met in a healthy, adult way.
Most likely you will see results after your first session, however, I usually recommend 4 to 5 sessions over the course of 2-3 months. Then a monthly or bi-monthly maintenance plan that continues to nurture the change and support your growth.
How Much Does It Cost?
It is best to invest in your development by purchasing a package of sessions as you will get the most discounts and the lowest pricing. Most people want more than one session, so this makes sense for many people. However, you can purchase by session, too.
You should call your insurance to see if it covers Hypnotherapy. Most do not but some do. If your insurance does cover it, ask them what they need (i.e. a referral) to ensure it’s covered.
All hypnotherapy can be covered under FSA or your HSA if you have a pre-tax savings account.
How Do I Get Started?
You simply click here to book your free 30 minute consultation. This is when we meet either live or remotely to ensure we are a good fit and create a moving forward healing plan for you.
Although there is no cost for this consult, please allow me at least 24 hours if you need to reschedule or cancel.
How Do I Prepare?
Most likely as the appointment approaches, especially if it is your first time, you feel anxious or nervous. You might want to cancel or reschedule, but try not to do this. It is natural and normal to feel anxious about it because you are embarking on something new. When it is new we get scared.
And, actually, your nerves are a sign you're headed in the right direction. So, keep going. Stick with your plan and show up. You will not regret it!
Try to eat light beforehand and drink water. Reflect on your goals. These are simple, but effective ways to prepare yourself and get the most out of your time and money.
